Terms of Working With Us

By joining Mr. H Academy as a teacher, you confirm that you are an independent instructor — not an employee of the academy — and that you are responsible for taxes and statutory fees in your country.

Your open availability is shown live from the database on your public profile and may be booked by an existing student or a new student. Once payment completes, the slot closes and cannot be rebooked.

Trial (intro) lessons are priced at a flat $3 USD, regardless of your published lesson rate. The entire amount is platform revenue; nothing is credited to your wallet or balance, and you receive $0 from trial bookings.

Regular lessons are priced at the rate you publish. The academy commission is applied per the approved rates, and your net share is credited to your wallet after payment succeeds.

You agree to attend booked slots and complete the reserved lesson duration — for both regular and trial lessons — and to deliver professional content and conduct that respects intellectual-property rights inside lessons.

The academy may suspend or terminate an account for breaches of the Terms of Use, quality policy, or a substantiated report.
