Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 days if you have not completed more than one lesson of an enrolled course.

Refunds post a reversing ledger entry against the teacher's wallet when an instructor share applies.

Completed live sessions are not refundable.

The flat trial-lesson fee ($3) is a platform charge and is never transferred to the teacher. Trial refunds are reviewed case by case when a slot is cancelled before it starts for verified operational reasons; after the lesson is held, the fee is non-refundable.
